What are my shipping options?
Lioni Online Stores offers free ground shipping on all orders over 15000 Yen.
The estimated shipment date on your order is
based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing
time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the required information and full payment.
Ground Service: Products shipped via ground service are normally delivered
two to five business days after shipment. Our ground carriers deliver most
of their packages Monday through Friday. Some of our ground carriers deliver
packages to residential addresses on Saturdays and Sundays.
Same Day Shipping: Orders for In-stock items eligible for same day shipping must be received before 1pm, pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. If the estimated shipping lead time is important to you, please email us for the the most current availability information or include a message at the "Choose your shipping option" page.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
Lioni Online Stores is unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes, and we cannot ship products to APO or FPO addresses. Currently we do not ship outside Japan. BUT we are currently working on a solution to ship to certain countries outside Japan. Please contact us, providing the products you like to buy and the shipping address, and we will give you the latest information on our process and who knows we might even be able to send to you. So please let us know.

How can I obtain a tracking number for my shipment?
We provide three ways for you to get your tracking number:
1. We will send a tracking number, if available to you once your order ships.
2. Check the online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. Send an email to orders@Lioni.com. Be sure to include your order number.

How do I determine my shipping costs?
Ground shipping is free on all orders over 15000 Yen, other shipping and specific carrieers are available for a nominal charge.
When you place your order online using your Lioni Online account, you'll be shown your shipping charges before
you complete your purchase. If you have any questions about how much it will cost to ship your order, please send an email

How to take advantage of Free Shipping?
During checkout on our "Choose shipping option" you'll be shown your shipping options and the corresponding shipping cost.
When your order does qualify for our FREE shipping our system usually will pre select this option and indicate it with the the radio button selected.
