Where does Lioni Online Stores sell and ship products?
Lioni sells products world wide, but ships products only within Japan. No shipments can be made to addresses outside Japan. BUT we are currently working on a solution to ship to certain countries outside Japan. Please contact us, providing the products you like to buy and the shipping address, and we will give you the latest information on our process and who knows we might even be able to send to you. So please let us know.

Will I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Lioni is required by law to collect applicable sales tax on all orders from the Lioni Online Stores.

What is the sales tax rate for my purchase?
Lioni Online Stores applies the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. (If that sales tax rate changes before the product is shipped, the new rate will apply.) The proof of purchase Lioni Online Stores mails you will include any applicable sales tax. The same information will be provided during check out, before you finalize your order.

Is an email address required to place an order?
Yes, Lioni will send you periodic email updates on the status of your order.

How do I review and complete my order?
You can review your order at any time by visiting the "Shopping Cart" page. To get there, select the "View Cart" link at the top of any Lioni Online Stores page.
To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Your order will be saved.
To complete your order, click the "Check Out" button and enter your Lioni ID and password. Provide billing and shipping information, then click the "Place My Order" button to complete your purchase.
