Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with Lioni.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)
Finding Items
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. A keyword search box is located at the left colume on every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the picture, title or name of the item to see its product info page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Lioni.com, click the "In Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button or Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site or on the right colume.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, place a check mark at "Remove" next to the title and click the "Update" button. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart", click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us using the link at the bottom. Please include as much information in your message as possible, including:
- What point in the ordering process is causing you trouble?
- If you are receiving an error message, what does it say?
- What items are you trying to order?
Signing In
When you are a new customer, click the "Continue" button. (Otherwise enter your e-mail address and password.) As a new customer you are asked to provide some details, along with an e-mail address. Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be your Lioni ID in the future and the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.
Provide a Password and Review
Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to Lioni.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your account information and view the status of your order. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.
Please take a moment to review your information and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready click the "Continue" button. You will see a new page confirming you have successfully created your account, click the "Continue" button.
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. The address must be within Japan, we can not send outside of Japan.
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. If you would like to take advantage of FREE Shipping and your order qualifies, be sure to select it as your shipping option; you will not receive free shipping automatically.
We will estimate shipment dates for you on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order.
Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-item orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.
The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
Choose Method of Payment
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept currently only payments over Japanese Postal Service, bank-transfer and Pay On Delivery. All orders must be prepaid before we can ship them, except for pay on delivery.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
Tracking Your Order
If you like to review and track your order, click the "My Account" link on the top right corner of the web page. (If needed "Sign in" with your Lioni ID and password.) Click the "Order Status" button to review your order and to see the order status.
To make changes to your order, contact us and provide all needed details of your changes, including the order number. We will get back to you within 48 hours from the time we have received your eMail.
