An Lioni Online Stores account is a feature that lets you personalize your Lioni Online Stores experience. You can save an order until you're ready to place it, or check the status of your order online.

What are the benefits of an account?
You can receive special online promotional offers and the latest news about Lioni Online Stores, delivered right to your eMail program.
You can place orders in your shopping cart for later purchaise or check your order status online.

How do I create "My Account"?
At the right top of every store page, click on "My Account" link. On the Sign-In page click on "New Account" button. Now you reached a secure (SSL) page and we ask you to create your personal profile. Here you enter your email address as well, which will be later your Lioni ID.

I forgot my account password. How do I get it?
If you forget your password, we can send it to you in an email. At the top of any store page, select the "My Account" link to get to the sign-in page, then select the link under the password entry box. Your sign-in information will be sent to the email address you chose for your Lioni ID.

How do I change my Lioni ID or password?
Sign in to your account and select the "Edit Account" button. Enter your desired changes, then click the "Continue" button. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I change my billing or shipping address?
Sign in to your account.

To change or add a shipping address select the "Address Book" button. Type in the new information and save your changes by clicking the "Continue" button. Changes take effect immediately but affect future orders only.

To change your billing address, select "Edit Account" button. Type in the new information in "Your Address" section and save your changes by clicking the "Continue" button. Changes take effect immediately but affect future orders only. Please note, that the billing address will always be your personal address.
In case you want the changes to take effect in a current order, contact Lioni immediantly over the "Contact Us" page. Please include your name, telephone number, and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible within 48 hours.
