Lioni does sell products for children,
but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18,
you may use Lioni only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Lioni and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content,
or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Lioni's Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Lioni or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Lioni's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Lioni . So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Lioni or anyone at Lioni. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your idea submission.
TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION
You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of Lioni, without compensation to you, and (2) Lioni can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others. Also see REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT further down.
PRODUCT FEEDBACK
Lioni does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Lioni's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the form found at Contacting Lioni. Please provide only specific feedback on Lioni's existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Lioni's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that Lioni can learn how to best satisfy your needs.
Feedback and Information
Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Lioni shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information,
so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual

Lioni reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly

You grant Lioni and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post;

All items purchased from Lioni are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss
and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and
Lioni or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Lioni or to products you purchase through Lioni
shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Sapporo, Japan, except that, to the extent you have in any
manner violated or threatened to violate Lioni's intellectual property rights, Lioni may seek
injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Japan, and you consent
to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the
rules then prevailing of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be
entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this
Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
